Level 2 award for personal licence holders

The law requires alcohol sales on licensed premises to be made or authorised by a personal licence holder. Individuals applying for a personal licence must hold an accredited licensing qualification such as the HABC Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH).

This qualification is straight forward and user friendly. It provides key information on the responsibilities of the licence holders and the duties of the premises supervisor. It also covers the role of the licensing authorities and the powers of the police.

This qualification is an essential part of any application for a personal licence.
